Acceptance<\/strong> of the Terms The use of the fondationlongevite.com website (hereinafter the &#8220;Site&#8221;) of Fondation Longevity, located at 2440 Valade Street, Montreal, H4M 1N3 (hereinafter &#8220;we&#8221;, &#8220;us&#8221;, &#8220;our&#8221;, &#8220;the Foundation&#8221;), is subject to full and unreserved acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Use (GCU).<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"\"><strong>2. Purpose<\/strong> of the Site The purpose of the Site is to collect donations to support the determinants of health such as community integration, access to health services, reduction of social inequalities, research, education and mental health.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"\"><strong>3. Use of<\/strong> the Site By accessing the Site, you agree to use it responsibly and in accordance with the legislation in force. Any use for illegal or unauthorized purposes is strictly prohibited.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"\"><strong>4. Donations<\/strong> Donations made via the Site are governed by specific conditions ensuring compliance with the tax and legal regulations applicable to charities.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"\"><strong>5. Intellectual Property<\/strong> The contents of the Site, including texts, graphics, logos and images, are the property of the Foundation and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"\"><strong>6. Liability<\/strong> The Foundation shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damage that may result from access to the Site or the use of the information contained therein.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"\">7. Modification of the Terms We reserve the right to modify these <strong>Terms of<\/strong> Use at any time. The most recent version of the T&amp;Cs will always be available on the Site.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"\"><strong>8. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction<\/strong> These T&amp;Cs are governed by Canadian law. Any dispute relating to their interpretation and\/or execution falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of Montreal.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"\"><strong>9.
